In early European times the term vampire or vampyre referred to anyone who was buried alive, parically buried or buried improperly.  As well as the traditional view of vampires as many of us know them today.  It's just interesting to see how the term has evolved over the years.

Vampires are great, but I don't know that I would like to be one, of course rick is one, and it doesn't seem that he has been adversely effected.

I don't think being a vampire would be too bad.  You don't have to cook, do dishes, and I've always preferred night to day.
