Casa el Sueño del Mar is available by the week or the month. Rates are in US dollars.
Rates are for four or fewer guests. For more than four people, please add $50 per week for each additional guest.

Rental prices include all taxes and fees. Prices include high-speed wireless Internet access, Vonage phone service, basic cable, and local phone service. Weekly gardening and cleaning services are also included.
For rentals longer than a month, please contact us for long-term rates. Long-term rates are negotiable based on length of stay, availability, and season.
RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENTS
Please check our online calendar to see if the dates you want are available. (Your computer must allow pop-ups in order to view this calendar.) If your dates are available and you'd like more information, please contact us at rbwired@gmail.com. Please send a phone number and a good time to call you back if you prefer communication by phone.
In order to hold your dates, we require a rental deposit of 50% of the rent. Rental deposits include a $200 booking fee which is non-refundable for any reason. The remainder of your rental deposit is refundable up to 90 days before your rental starts, after that your entire rental deposit is non-refundable for any reason.
The balance of the rent is due two weeks before you take occupancy of the house, along with a refundable security deposit of $500. A refund of the security deposit less any loss or damage will be paid by check and mailed within one week after check-out.
After we receive your rental deposit, we will draft a formal contract and send signed copies to you for a signature and return. If you would like to see a draft contract before sending your deposit, we'll be happy to email a draft for your review.
Rental payments and deposits are payable in US dollars only and may be paid through personal check, bank check, or through PayPal. (Please add 3% to your total if using PayPal.) PayPal allows you to pay with the credit card of your choice; please see their site for details.
