The Mazatlán property managers speak English; they will meet you at the house and will give you house keys, a tour of the premises, and an orientation package that includes information on restaurants, grocery stores, calling a cab, etc.
Managers will conduct a house walk-through with guests to note inventory and condition both at check-in and check-out. Managers will be available for any emergency services needed during the rental period.
Your rental will be arranged and paid for through the owners in the USA.
